These Protein Bites are entirely made up of Chicken Breast.
They can be enjoyed as a post-workout meal, added to wraps, salads, rice bowls, or eaten on their own as a high-protein dish.
Please store the product in the freezer section of your refrigerator at –18°C or below at all times.
For best quality:
- Keep the product frozen until ready to cook
- Do not refreeze once thawed
- Cook directly from frozen
- Pan Cooking - Open the pack and directly add to Pan with 30 ml of water, cook it for 10 mins. No need to add oil or anything.
- Airfryer - 10-12 Minutes at 200 degree celcius
- Oven- 12-15 minutes directly.
