Peri Peri Chicken Protein Bites
Ingredients
โข Peri peri chicken protein bites โ 150 gm
โข Lettuce or salad mix โ 2 cups
โข Cherry tomatoes โ ยฝ cup halved
โข Cucumber โ ยฝ cup diced
โข Sweet corn (boiled) โ ยผ cup
โข Red onion โ thinly sliced (optional)
โข Lemon juice โ 1 tbsp
โข Olive oil โ 1 tbsp
โข Salt โ to taste
โข Black pepper โ to taste
โข Peri peri seasoning โ pinch (optional)
A fresh, spicy peri peri salad bowl with crisp veggies and protein bites โ light, satisfying, and ready in just 10 minutes.
1.Heat a pan and warm peri peri protein bites for 2โ3 minutes.
2.In a large bowl, add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and sweet corn.
3.Add sliced onion if using.
4.Toss in the warm peri peri protein bites.
5.Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
6.Season with salt, pepper, and peri peri seasoning.
7.Toss gently to combine.
8.Serve immediately.
