โ€ข Red onion โ€“ thinly sliced (optional)

โ€ข Olive oil โ€“ 1 tbsp
โ€ข Salt โ€“ to taste
โ€ข Black pepper โ€“ to taste

1.Heat a pan and warm peri peri protein bites for 2โ€“3 minutes.
2.In a large bowl, add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and sweet corn.
3.Add sliced onion if using.
