Ingredients

โ€ข Jamaican jerk chicken protein bites โ€“ 150 gm
โ€ข Pre-cooked rice (or leftover rice) โ€“ 2 cups
โ€ข Pineapple chunks โ€“ ยฝ cup
โ€ข Mixed bell peppers (pre-cut) โ€“ ยฝ cup
โ€ข Spring onions โ€“ 2 tbsp chopped
โ€ข Soy sauce โ€“ 1 tbsp
โ€ข Jerk seasoning โ€“ ยฝ tsp (optional)
โ€ข Olive oil โ€“ 1 tbsp
โ€ข Salt โ€“ to taste
โ€ข Black pepper โ€“ to taste

A quick and flavorful Jamaican jerk fried rice made with protein bites and veggies ready in 10 minutes.

1.Heat oil in a large pan or wok on high heat.
2.Add bell peppers and sautรฉ for 1 minute.
3.Add pineapple chunks and cook for 30 seconds.
4.Toss in Jamaican jerk protein bites and cook for 1โ€“2 minutes.
5.Add pre-cooked rice and break any lumps.
6.Pour soy sauce and sprinkle jerk seasoning.
7.Toss everything together on high heat for 2โ€“3 minutes.
8.Season with salt and pepper.
9.Garnish with spring onions.
10.Serve immediately.
